The Cook Islands National Superannuation Fund is designed to provide members with a means to save for retirement. The project digitised manual workflows, improved data management and integrity, and implemented automated processes while maintaining compatibility with various stakeholders.
Auckland Council - Atlas
ATLAS is a comprehensive case management platform developed for Auckland Council to optimise their report writing and advisory processes and streamlines the entire workflow from case creation to final delivery.
ORA
Ora is a online member registry system enabled registered members to self-register and manage their interests, as well as gave access to services such as permits, consent applications, grants, and scholarships. The system also provided administration and reporting services to their staff and iwi entities. The system helped to promote equity of distribution, good communications and maintained engagement with Te Arawa registered members.
Recycle Boutique
Recycle Boutique is a consignment store that enables people to sell clothes, shoes, and accessories. They asked us to create a web portal to integrate with their customer sign-up, email marketing, and consignment processes. Their aim was to save time by reducing errors and replacing manual processes. The portal allows Recycle Boutique’s consignors (customers) to manage their sales and cashflow themselves. It also introduces new features, such as allowing customers to book courier pickups of clothing.
Great Full
Great Full is a not-for-profit framework run by Melissa Gardi, which gathers NZ creatives to collaborate on limited edition products. From design, to materials and manufacturing, the products within each collection are produced sustainably in New Zealand and sold on greatfull.co.nz where 100% of the net profits are donated to organisations aligned with the collection.
Auckland Council - Nexus
A bespoke app fro Auckland Coucil called Nexus that allows it to streamline its meeting preparation. Council staff can upload all documentation for council meetings, and then elected officials can easily review these documents using a separate mobile app with offline capabilities.
AMLHub
AMLHub is New Zealand's leading cloud-based solution for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. AMLHub addresses common compliance failings while offering centralised oversight for multi-office organisations. The system provides alerts, reminders, and document management to ensure critical compliance obligations are met, reducing both the risk of non-compliance and the cost of audits while providing peace of mind for businesses.
Goals Getter by Nikko AM
Nikko AM aimed to become the first Asset Manager in New Zealand to offer a complete online investment platform with robo-advice capabilities for individual investors. The platform enables users to create lifestyle-based financial goals, view projected returns, receive algorithmic investment recommendations, complete AML verification entirely online, and monitor/manage their investments.
TreeTime
TreeTime is a web application designed to combat climate change through tree planting. The app enables users to donate or gift trees, choose between carbon-capturing or biodiversity-focused varieties, and track their environmental impact. The app connects users to their environmental impact while creating a rewarding experience that encourages continued participation in climate action.
Asset One
Asset One, a comprehensive software solution addressing the complex operational needs of towing businesses. The project began with two towing companies seeking a bespoke system to reduce complexity while improving efficiency and accuracy. The resulting platform delivers end-to-end functionality covering all aspects of towing operations: job creation, dispatch, storage management, quoting, document storage, invoicing, and customer communication.

A web and mobile app for Hire Plants that manages all their active jobs, schedules deliveries, and all ongoing servicing jobs.
